#1) Easy - Wine Kits: Wine Kits are easy to use and require less of an investment in time and equipment (since the juice is from concentrate.) They are very simple to do. You follow an easy to read recipe that has you first add water to the concentrate. Then over the next several weeks you will open and add the included packs of additives. #2) Moderate - Brehm Frozen Fruit: The very highest quality wine grapes from Sonoma, Napa and beyond are processed and flash frozen by a company called Brehm Vineyards that has been doing this for over 30 years. #3) More Difficult - Fresh Fruit: First you source wine making grapes from a reputable source, either a broker or directly from a grower.
