Paper Chromatograpy test kit for telling if your malolactic fermentation has gone to completion. This information is essential knowledge for doing SO2 additions, cold stabilization, acid additions, etc on wines that have been innoculated with an ML strain or allowed to undergo natural malolactic fermentation. You will certainly want to know if ML has completed before bottling. Comes with 25 sheets, as many as 4 samples can be tested per sheet (must be tested simultaneously, sheets cannot be re-used).
