From Hanna Instruments, MoreWine is pleased to offer you this automatic titrator for the determination of Total Acidity of your wine samples.
No more worrying about the quality or condition of your pH meter, or wondering if the color you are seeing in a red wine sample is actually indicating an endpoint. This unit automatically titrates your wine sample to a pH of 8.2 and displays the result in a matter of minutes on the LCD screen of the machine. A unique, proprietary algorithm monitors the shape of the graph of the pH electrode's response and ensures accurate endpoint determination every time. The machine uses the same high quality, wine resistant, refillable electrode as our ProSeries pH meter.
This unit is especially well suited to small commercial facilities or winemaking clubs which need to be able to test a large number of samples on similar timetables throughout the winemaking year. All for an average cost of about $2.30 per test.
