This South Australian Single Vineyard Shiraz (Syrah in US) is a medium bodied red wine with ripe plum and spice flavors. Dried skins are included, as with all Crushendo kits, and added to prior to fermentation. This a dry wine (not sweet), full of character, with a heavy oak imprint.
