Where Your Order will Ship From
When you shop the site we will tell if you the product you are looking for is in stock in California or Pennsylvania and our shopping cart will tell you where your order will ship from. With two warehouses stuffed full of supplies, our overall inventory level is now huge. However if you do choose an item that is not in stock in your default warehouse we will split the order for you at checkout. If the total order qualified for free shipping we will ship both orders for free. the

How do we consistently offer better value? We are the only retailer who orders almost all of our products directly from manufacturers rather than through distributors. We also have a metal fabrication shop where we fabricate many of the products we sell. Our separate production facility is dedicated to repackaging small quantities from bulk quantities. Well... in fact it may be a little bit better. We've expanded our customer service hours to better accommodate all customers and we are now open from 7:00AM to 6:00PM PST (10:00AM to 9:00PM EST) Monday through Friday and from 9:00AM to 6:00PM PST (12:00PM to 9:00PM EST) on Saturday and Sunday.
Larger Winemaking Items That Ship Freight
Crusher destemmers, presses, tanks, filters, fillers, and other items that need to ship on a pallet via freight truck will all ship out of our California Warehouse in 2013. This equipment ships to us from Germany and Italy well in advance of the wine season and started arriving prior to the East Coast Warehouse opening.
