Description

Manifolds are a great way to have one CO2 tank supply multiple kegs. This manifold is made from aluminum, brass, and stainless. It also works up to 100 psi and includes 1/4 in ball valves with built in check valves. Another ball valve can be added to the end of the manifold for an additional gas line.

Multiple manifolds can be linked up with a 1/4" nipple (D1820B).

Features:

  • 1/4" BSP ball valves
  • 1/4" barbs
  • Rated up to 100 psi
  • Screw holes for easy mounting
  • Optional additional port on the end

I bought a 4 way manifold, 4mm evabarrier and duotight fittings and realized the fittings nor the tubing will fit the manifold. Is there any way or part that I can get to work around this?

BEST ANSWER: No. You will need a small length of tubing attached to the barb then inserted into an appropriate duotight fitting.
what diameter hose is used on this?
Benny R Stetson on Jan 9, 2018
BEST ANSWER: All of the hose barbs are 1/4" to fit 1/4" ID hose. You could use tubing 1/16" larger or smaller but will have to use clamps or warm the tubing first to get them to fit snugly without leaks.
Can the barb be swapped with the plug, I need my gas coming in the opposite side?
James C Osterberg Jr on Oct 4, 2021
BEST ANSWER: yes. It might take a little “encouragement “, but you can do it. I’ve taken the plugs out to link two manifolds together for my 10-tap keezer. I had to put the manifold in a bench vice to secure it while I used a long-handled wrench to loosen the plugs and hose barbs.
What size are threads on the barbs?
Ryan T Lawlyes on Feb 25, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Threads on the barbs, or size of line the barbs fit into?
What size EVABarrier tubing would I need for this manifold?
Jonathan Allen on Sep 22, 2021
BEST ANSWER: I usedb 3/16" tubing because I had it. Simply dip the end in boiling water to soften in. 1/4" would be fine too.
Can the barb be removed and replaced with DUO103 Duotight Push-In Fitting - 8 mm (5/16 in.) x 1/4 in. BSP?

Do these have integrated check valves?

BEST ANSWER: These have check valves as stated in the description.
Can the barb fittings be removed from the valves and replaced with a 1/4" male flare fitting?
Henry Friedman on Sep 16, 2020
BEST ANSWER: Yes, they can be swapped.
What are the dimensions of the 3 way, 4 way, 5 way and 6 way manifolds?
Michael Liddle on Jul 31, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Hi Michael - thank you for your inquiry. Please reference the chart in the product description for the overall length of each manifold. Each manifold measures approximately 3.5" from the mounting holes to the tip of the valve.
Wait, what is the third hose barb on the end for? Is it really a three way manifold? How does that extra barb get shut off? I don't see a valve handle.
Mike Sederholm on May 30, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Hi Mike - The barb on the left hooks up to the gas supply. The brass piece on the right is a plug that can be removed to essentially daisy-chain another manifold.
When mounting to the wood collar inside of a keezer, do the gas lines point down toward the floor or out toward the center of the keezer?
JR Renna on Apr 28, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Hi JR - Whichever way makes most sense depending on your set up.
What are the dimensions of the 2 way manifold depth height and length?
Richard Hartford on Nov 5, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Hi Richard - Length is ~5 1/2", Height ~3 7/8". It should be known, the mounting bracket is angled, so when mounted it will have an approximate width of 3 1/4".
Is this good for nitrogen?
Robert Lewis on Jul 18, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I've used it for nitro and it works without any issues.

If only it would have worked for me
The manifold seemed to be built well, and I was excited to install it. Unfortunately, I had to return the item. The manifold is design for 1/4" tubing. I have 5/16" gas line tubing. Nevertheless, I felt it only fair that I give the product a 5-star rating because I didn't see anything wrong with it, and I would be using today. I personally would like to see MoreBeer! sell the same manifold for 5/16" tubing. Instead, I was left to Bezos' website to purchase the correct manifold. I would have preferred to support a beer company who actually know beer products. Cheers!

Better looking and tougher
I was using the small brass version of this and found them to break easily. These are substantial and I wish I had started with them.

Wanted enough taps for kegs and the new beer gun
Just finished my Keezer (3 kegs plus a couple growlers) and regulator will connect to my new 4-way manifold. I'll likely add a pressure gauge on the end to verify what pressure is at the manifold. Each tap has built-in check valve (or so the product description stated) to prevent back-pressure into the manifold.

Keezer rebuild now nice and clean.
Barbs are a bit narrow for a solid crimp.
Other than that it works great.

Didn’t work as I wanted.
I purchased with the ball lock input adaptor and could not get it to seal no matter how much pipe sealant I applied. Tried three types of tape and two types of dope. Ended up using the brass barn that came with it and a carbonator cap to serve the same purpose, but not nearly as tidy. The factory fittings are really sealed up, so no worry of leaks there.

Only thing is the barbed nipples seem to be smaller than the normal size for gas lines of 5/16". Still able to clamp down the lines to the Barb's.

Cheaper than others in price, worth taking the chance.
Took a chance and glad I did. No leaking issues that I’ve noticed yet. Works great and for the price I would purchase again.

Works fine.
I got this as an add-on to a 4-outlet manifold when I expanded my kegerator. A simple close nipple union and all is fine.
