Description

This pot still design has been created to allow the delicate compounds that form the complex structure of many whiskeys and gins. This iconic V-shape helps to capture the vital esters, aldehydes and phenolic compounds that are necessary to give the final spirit a complexity that simply cannot be created any other way.

Combine with a distillation lid to use a BrewZilla or DigiBoil as the base for this Alcoengine brand still top.

Comes with 13 mm (0.51") barb connections for the water inlet and outlet.

I'd like to upgrade the thermometer (or use my Thermoworks chefalarm/smoke wireless). What size temp probe would I need to securely fit the opening?

Why?
Had the same problem. The water connections point UP. Poor designing, guys!

Not what I thought it would be….
Wouldn’t recommend this with the water lines pointing up . I guess the lines of water are supposed to come from the ceiling.
