Liquid Malt Extract (LME) vs. Dried Malt Extract (DME)
MoreBeer! recipe kits are offered in both Liquid Malt Extract and Dry Malt Extract so that our customers can choose the format that best suits their needs and brewing style. LME is a viscous liquid, similar in consistency to maple syrup. In addition to being the more affordable option, many brewers find LME easier to handle than dry extract. DME is more condensed and comes in a powder format that is similar to baking flour. Although it’s a little more costly, DME is naturally lighter in color and stays fresher for longer. We highly recommend DME when brewing light colored beers.

As the base for an Apricot Ale. Shooting for something like Magic Hat #9

Not bad at all
One of my better successes. Pours very lively, I'd blame my CO2 injection but the other tap is running fine. Dunno if it's the beer or I did something wrong. Tastes good though, once the foam has died down ^_^

very nice.
This was my first 5 gallon batch, and first batch in keg. I brewed it as per directions and it came out great. I hit all my numbers on the head, and its a great brew. Was looking for more Caramel notes but the beer is great. Will be brewing this again.
