Blonde Ale 1gal kit
This is a one gallon kit which I've never done before. I received a few of these from my adult children as a Christmas gift. I have always done 5gal batches in the past. I have to admit I messed up a couple of times. First, I didn't know what to use for a fermenter and ended up using a 1gal growler but the rubber stopper for the air lock didn't quite fit. Then i forgot about only using 1/2 the yeast and put the whole thing in. Needless to say I had a mess. The beer I bottled ended up tasting way too sweet but I'm sure that was because of my mistakes. After these I'll stick to 5gal batches.
