How do I convert back to propane after using natural gas for years? I seem to have misplaced the original valves.

It's ok
I ended up just using the adapter because the valve was strange. You have to turn it multiple times like screwing something in/out to open and close. I guess this is to adjust the flame more precisely but realistically, with the air vents fully open, the flame is basically fully blue or not. I ended up buying a gas valve from HD and it works much better.

Natural gas vs propane
My blickman burners are great for a uniform heating element, but the overall BTUs are lacking with the natural gas conversion. Propane has more heat, but continually having to refill the cylinders gets to be a pain. So I figured I’ll convert to natural gas and forget the refill cycle. However, It takes forever to get 15 gallons of wort to boil! I went back to my Cajun cooker turkey frier burner and propane to get a quicker boil! I’m going to risk ruining my blickman burner and drill out all the orifaces to get more heat using natural gas. The conversion was simple and painless, but something should be said about the BTU reduction, and a solution offered, if there is one!

Works fine with natural gas. A bit difficult to throttle flow
The conversion functions just fine. I find it a bit challenging to control the amount of gas flowing into the burner with this valve. There does not seem to be much of a change from partially open to full open. The only real adjustment occurs when the valve is nearly completely closed. I would have liked a more smooth flow rate adjustment.
