I CRACKED THE CODE!
As others have said, this doesn't fit the lowest horizontal port on the X2. But it DOES fit the ports just above that which is at a better height in the cone anyways. I'm really not sure what the lower port is for so moving forward I'm just going to cap it.

So I have the included TC port on the left, racking arm and butterfly on the right, and a blank cap over the lower port. Then coming out of the bottom I'm using a 2" 90 to the included 2" butterfly valve.

It really is a great racking arm - the indicator is the biggest and most useful I've seen.

Doesn't fit the X2 either
I was hoping this might be a better fit for the new X2 conicals, since they have horizontal ports in the cone. Unfortunately, at least for the 7 gallon version, it's not. The pickup tube is too long. While you can get it in there, it's pretty much picking up from the bottom of the cone. And it cannot be rotated because it gets caught on the walls of the fermenter. Additionally, the arm on the outside is too long for the 7 gallon X2 and will get jammed on the legs.

I'm giving it 2 stars because I was able to trim the pickup tube and arm with my Dremel to get it to work. It's also half the price of the next cheapest tri-clamp racking arm I could find. So if you don't mind cutting it up, it's a pretty good deal.

Angle of the dangle
The angle is wrong for a conical. It should be more of a bend to reach farther down the conical. I will have to mandrel bend this tubing at a machine shop to be happy with it.

It is a poor design - not bent to the proper angle. Since it mounts on the racking port that is angled upward it ends up less than half an inch lower than the mounting port, leaving 8 inches or so of inaccessible wort even when pointed directly down.
