Description

10 °L - Briess Malting - Our lightest colored Caramel available. The flavor has a candy-like sweetness with mild caramel character. This malt will add golden hues to a beer, creating a beautiful blonde or pilsner. Will also improve the head of a beer.

...Any idea about the diastatic power of this malt? It would be great if every maltster on earth could just Please list that info. After all, information is power, & we are (only customers) home brewers in need of good grain & information on the product.

Great malt
I used 0.5 pounds of this in a Blonde Ale. It made it the perfect color and gave a great flavor addition without getting in the way.

i use this in conjuction with 2 or 6 row as a color additive and for a slight sweetness
