Small doses
This caramel malt is great in small doses to add color to darker beers.

Great all around malt
When you need a deep caramel flavor this is the malt for you. I use this in my dark beers for that deep flavor it lends. I like it in stouts, scotch ales, porters and some brown ales.

Good fresh crystal
Way to keep it fresh MoreBeer. When you need 120L crystal you can't go wrong with this stuff.

Great dark crystal
Wonderful for when you want the most color and caramel notes of out a crystal malt. Starts to get a little toasty as well.

Mmmm, dark caramel
A nice dark amber coloring, a nice burnt caramel flavor, I use this for scotch ales on a regular basis.
