Description

This Copper Pot Still features male garden hose quick disconnects as opposed to barbed fittings. Our connection kit includes female quick disconnects and tubing for the coolant inlet and outlet. The Copper Reflux Still is also available with barbed connections.

This flow management (FM) design of reflux still has been designed to create high percentage pure neutral spirit.
 
The FM technology used in this design makes this process robust and easy to use. No need to worry about water pressures and fine tuning of water flow speeds. The FM design gives you direct control of the reflux ratio and therefore the purity of your end product. It’s never been so easy to enjoy the craft of distillation.
 
Combine with a distillation lid to use a BrewZilla or DigiBoil as the base for this Alcoengine brand still top.

How did you cool the condenser what pump and fittings did you use. Will 1/2" vinyl hose c and a clamp go over the worthless quick disconnects? Do I need 3/4" id hose and clamps.? I bought the 49.95 submersible pump 10 gal pump and I plan to run it in a 20 gal bucket with cold water. It came with three screw in hose barbs what size hose do I need for those??

BEST ANSWER: Hi Andrew Im where you are on this. I just now realized the connection issue and have not addressed it yet. Got an idea if the warmed up the half inch vinyl it might make a tight fit then clamp it. GOOD LUCK
What size are the inlet and outlet water cooling fittings?

BEST ANSWER: I used 1/2 in ID hose with hose clamps.
Will this product work with the Brewer's Edge Mash and Boil, if paired with a distilling top? Cant think of any reason it wouldn't.
