Description

Also called Priming Sugar and used for bottling beer. Priming is adding sugar just before bottling or kegging. The yeast consume the sugar in the bottle thereby creating carbonation. Corn Sugar is also the common name for dextrose.

It's corn sugar. What more can I say. I haven't even reached the lagering stage yet, let alone bottling.

corny
corny and sugary, finely grained, the yeast seemed to like it but declined complex comments. They just eat it up and bubble a bit. I asked them for a thumbs up or thumbs down but they don't have thumbs. They eat it much faster than they do other more complicated forms of glucose. No detectable flavor.
