Description

These are reconditioned 5-gallon capacity, ball lock corny kegs with rubber tops and bottoms.  The color of the rubber on these corny kegs may vary.

The interior and exterior of these corny kegs are washed and rinsed and all gaskets are replaced to ensure that no soda flavor or residue is left behind. We are one of the only suppliers to do this. We do not replace relief valves or poppets, however these can be purchased separately via part numbers KEG540 and KEG450.

Corny kegs are pressure tested and are guaranteed to be holding pressure upon delivery. If they are not holding pressure, please notify us as soon as possible.

All kegs are used and have cosmetic blemishes, i.e. minor scratches, dings and stickers. These blemishes will not affect the functionality of the keg.

Body connects should be removed for cleaning and sanitizing before every use. Soda kegs may come with either 11/16 inch body connects or 7/8 inch body connects. We sell deep sockets for the removal of either one (Part numbers KEG991 and KEG992.  We suggest purchasing both if you do not have these at home.

Ball lock corny kegs are approximately 8.5" Diam. x 25" Height. 26 1/4" Height with Flare fittings. Measurements may vary slightly.

Filthy and gaskets don't look to be replaced
Certainly wasn't cleaned and reconditioned as the description says. Looks like it was used during WWII. Very dissatisfied. I guess I'll see if it leaks.

Awesome keg for the $$$
Both mine came in used, dirty, and full of co2. They held pressure for 5 days in the back of a fedex truck so I'm guessing they're good-to-go. No dents either. Bonus!
A little scrub down with bar keepers and they'll be good-as-new.

Go for a new one... it’s worth it
Came in rough shape and was filthy. The gas in ball lock was bent at a ~10 degree tilt but it held pressure. I didn’t think it was worth the money and was afraid that it would only last a few brews so I brought it into my local morebeer and they were more than happy to let me trade it up for a torpedo.

Ok quality minor dents for the coast its worth it .
As expected it was tested no leaks it did have a few minor dents as it is used! Just filled it with beer and it's doing its job ! I would not be afraid of buying others like it . I gave it four stars because of dents and scratches on outside .inside of keg was fine.hope this helps .
