Are the gas and beer disconnects barbed or flared?
Dinakar Jayarajan on Jan 19, 2021
BEST ANSWER: I purchased mine about two years ago so I can't confirm if the current product is the same but what I have uses barbed fittings on the gas and beer disconnects.
How difficult is cleaning this and the associated counter pressure filler and what is the procedure?
Brett Binns on Dec 6, 2018
BEST ANSWER: You have to take the fitting out of the tubes to clean it - not too difficult - the tubing can be replaced. Good news is only half gets liquid in it, the segment that goes to the tank remains clean

Which Gas Side Coupler do I need to go with this if I don't want to cut my existing gas line?
Philip M on Jan 17, 2018
BEST ANSWER: You can take the "T" off the end and hook it to anything that has a 1/4" - 5/16" barb like a manifold or dual output regulator.
Just received my order and it came with zero instructions on how to install or if any additional pieces were needed as it seems obvious there were. Any assistance can be shared before I process a return?

Be aware of the size of your existing gas lines
I bought this for use with the Deluxe Counter Pressure Bottle Filler (KEG804). The size of the original gas line that came with my mini keg was 1/4” ID, 1/2” OD, but the gas line that came with the accessory package was 5/16” ID, 9/16” OD. So, the T adapter that came with it was much larger and very difficult to attach onto my smaller gas line, but I managed to stretch my skinnier tubing onto the T and get it to work (using hot water, and lots of grunting). I may eventually replace my original gas line with the larger 5/16" ID tubing, but I worry that the fittings that attach to my CO2 tank would not work without being replaced also.

I got some metal slivers from the hose clamps, so be careful when working with those.

Does the job
Got this with my counter pressure. I was a little dubious that the quick disconnects would seal...but they work great. I have had no problems

How did I live without this?
This is a great product. You can't beat the price or make one on your own for cheaper. This works so great to quickly clean a spent keg and have it ready for the next fill.

Not quite a complete kit
Bought this based on the expectation it would save me a trip to the hardware store. Unfortunately, that didn't turn out to be the case- I still had to make a trip for 2 hose clamps in order to insert the tee on my CO2 line. Not a big deal, but a minor inconvenience. Otherwise, all very good quality and it does include the right kinds of lines and other parts needed that would be kind of a pain to track down yourself.
