Description

Used to adapt your 35L BrewZilla or DigiBoil into a still. Allows for a copper still top (DS120 or DS130) to fit on the lid.

This lid has a 1.85 in. (47 mm) hole for the still top. Lid gasket included.

Made from 304 stainless steel. Measures 12.25" in diameter.

BEST ANSWER: Hi Dwayne - We currently do not have an ETA as to when the 65L distillation lid will be available. However, we do have them on the way so checking back in towards the end of March; we should have a better idea on when they will arrive.
Can I take this distillers lid and add a stopper and an airlock and turn a robobrew into a fermenter?

BEST ANSWER: I don't see why not. Though I'm not sure I would ferment in one, it would kind of be a pain to clean. But as an alternative you can just cover the top with saran wrap and hold it in place with a big rubber band, the gasket on a 5 gal. bucket lid works well.
What kind of fitting does the lid have, how does the still top attach?

BEST ANSWER: The lid is simply a hole. The still has a flange and a basin nut (similar to that on the bottom or a metal sink (but smaller) about 2.5 inches in size. The still comes with 2 rubber seals that mount on the inner and outer lid surfaces to make a seal. The base of the still is threaded so you tighten the nut and no leaks.
Will this fit the brewers edge mash and boil?

BEST ANSWER: It fit my Robobrew. Read description well. Siliconevgasket was an extra for me. Still fit and works perfect. Good luck, have fun.

Added this distillation lid to my existing fermenter, added a thermowell, a tri-clamp bulkhead and the pressure fermentation cap making a great pressure fermentation vessel. Everything except the SS tank was purchased from MoreBeer.
