Description

Good for ethanol and SO2 tolerance. Begins fermentation quickly and is reliable at cooler fermentation temperatures. Neutral flavor profile. Recommended for dry white and red wines but actually not the first choice for champagne (DYW10 is.) Alcohol tolerance to 17% and a fermentation range of 60 to 80 degrees.

Just use this yeast on a cider that turned out great.

This stuff ferments fast and fierce. Highly recommended to have a few spares to solve stuck fermentation. I use this for cider with great results.

Excellent dried yeast
If you need champagne yeast, this is excellent. Chomps right through that sugar like, well, it's job!
