1.5-3 °L - Fawcett Malting - Thomas Fawcett & Sons. Enhance the body and flavor of dark beers. Improves head retention and imparts a creamy mouthfeel. Commonly used in Belgian Wits, New England IPAs, Porters, Stouts and other styles.

Soft and delicate

This oat malt has excellent flavor. Just enough interest beyond grandma’s oatmeal, but has soft and delicate maltiness.. Reasonable price. Received my shipment VERY promptly.
