I was going to get the liquid Belgian yeast from Omega, which looks fantastic, but it's so much more expensive. This looks like it could be almost as good, for less than half the price.

to give it try with a higher gravity beer.

Good fermentation
Rehydrated and added one packet to 6 gal. of Belgian Tripel wort. Took off in about 12 hours and is fermenting vigorously. Eagerly awaiting results.

Great dry saison yeat!
Great dry yeast for saison. Have brew a few batches with be134 and the taste for me is a perfect saison alot like saison DuPont . at least to my taste. Fermented it in high 70 low 80s. Nice spicy character and good attenuation.

Great Dry Yeast
Currently 8 days into primary with this yeast. Trying to find a cheaper alternative to liquid. I sampled it today and seems great! Nice esters and a bit spicy. Fermentation was fast and consistent.
