The Euro 30 is a great versatile winery pump for all around cellar needs. The sanitary connections are 1.5" TC to allow for easy hook up of hoses, filters, fillers, you name it. The 2 wheeled cart can make it into tight places in the winery, and scoots out of the way when not needed. With the included SS Bypass, you can reduce flow rates up to 25%. SS head and cart mean easy maintenance, and a power switch on the body keeps all necessary controls conveniently accessible.
Although the Euro 30 is self-priming, the pump should never be run dry.

BEST ANSWER:Apx. 3 feet. I was in the process of changing it out to a 240v plug with a longer cord when the guts from the drum switch fell out. I really need a schematic so I can put it back together. I just need to know which terminals are wired to which colored wire.

BEST ANSWER:The bypass loop in the plumbing operated with a small turn handle will reduce the flow if open and maximize the flow if closed. The speed cannot be controlled on the motor. The pump works great for me since I puree my pears, peaches, apricots, and apples. The thick mash pumps very well with this pump. Monte Piccolo Farm and Distillery

The factory equipped Euro -plug cord was too short. The drum switch iinide the housing was oriented in a way that necessitated removal from the housing. The guts fell out if the switch and I am having trouble getting it back together… wasted $1200 I suppose.
This pump is perfect for any fruit mash that is the thickness (viscosity) of apple sauce. It will self prime and pump quite a bit of product per minute. Be sure not to use a highly flexible hose on the input side since it will cause a vacuum to pinch the hose shut. I use a stiffer hose on the input and my silicone hose on the output and it works great.
