This is a fantastic product.
I have used my Digiboil for 2 batches so far and could not be more pleased. I use it to heat the mash water and sparge water. I mash in a 10 gallon cooler. Then I use it as a brew pot.

With the insulating jacket it takes 45 minutes to heat the mash water, 45 minutes to heat the sparge water, and about an hour to reach a boil.

The boil is more than vigorous enough. You have to watch carefully when you near a boil to prevent a boil over. I had to remove the lid and turn off the 500 watt element to prevent a boil over.

The Digiboil cleans easy, especially with a hops spider.

My only complaint is that it defaults to Celsius every time you turn it on.
