Description

Gnome is a mellow Root Beer with a big, round flavor. Totally subdued when compared with Zatarains. It has a lot of followers including us.

The recipe included on the back of the 4 oz packs is for a 2.5 gallon batch using 1 to 2 oz per batch.

4 oz package makes 5 to 10 gallons of rootbeer. One gallon makes up to 256 gallons.

In Stock orders ship within 2-4 business days.
International shipments are shipped at your own risk. We will not be able to replace items that are damaged in shipment.
Perishable items are shipped at your own risk. We will not be able to replace any perishable items.
USPS will fill out the paper work for any customs before it ships, however, the receiver is responsible for any duties and taxes.
USPS tracking information will be far less detailed than other carriers.
Please check with your country's customs laws prior to finalizing an order. It is possible ingredients, yeast, and/or any other items may not be allowed to be imported.

Really good stuff
This is my first try at making Root beer. I've now made two batches, the second batch I increased the extract to a full ounce per gallon. Much better flavor.

Grandson loves this Root Beer
Recommended in the product description, I decided to try this concentrate for my grand kids.
We kegged a 5 gallon batch using RO water and 4 lbs of cane sugar.
Very happy with the flavor!

Really good flavor for my first try
I mixed up a 2.5 gallon batch of this with half of the 4.0 ounces that come with the kit. I added my proprietary blend of sugars, flavoring, and one salty Irish tear - this Root Beer turned out to be really amazing.
I have a 3 gallon corney keg so carbonation is not that tough. I really enjoy this extract and will make just a few changes to the next recipe to see how I like that. But even if I didn't change a thing, I still give it 5 stars.
