Description

Idaho #7 hops are known for their piney, tropical, fruity, citrusy, earthy, and floral flavors and aromas. Typically used as an Aroma/Flavor hop with high alpha acid levels and average cohumulone content.  Its strong hop character makes it ideal for IPAs, APAs and any other hop forward beer. Suggested as a single hop or for blending as a late addition.  The high oil content and soft pelletizing process make this ideal for dry hopping and whirlpool.

Hop Statistics:

Sampled these aroma pellets at a conference and they had a unique aroma. Replacing with Citra for an experimental DIPA.

I've used a few times and been happy with the results, especially a tangerine aroma from dry hopping.

First Time Using
Very good Pinapple hop used as a stand alone...would be alot better mixed with another hop variety, maybe Amarillo or Sabro or both...Use a little more than you think as this one is subtle.

HOP HEADS HOP!
Amazing hop for an IPA! As true as it disclaims. Aroma of stonefruit and orange. Dank, pine, resinous, and more orange follow in the flavor. Used in a single hop N.E. IPA. The hop will deliver if that is what your looking for!
