Laser Cut from 12 guage 304 Stainless Steel and hand finished, this will be the last faucet wrench you ever own. Designed by a draft tech with professional draft techs in mind.
I wanted to love this tool, but I have complaints similar to others. The jaws bent on the second use. I did not use an inordinate amount of pressure on the collar nut and the jaws warped. the only other gripe I have is the un-chamfered edges of the tool, which made it uncomfortable to hold during use.
When this showed up at work back in March, I picked it up and immediately hated how it felt in my hands. My first thoughts were (a) that I would never use it and (b) hopefully we received this piece of garbage for free. Two weeks ago, I misplaced my primary faucet wrench and had to start using this one. It was as unpleasant as I thought it would be; but since I could use it to attach or remove a faucet, I could tolerate the discomfort. Today, while tightening a faucet collar, the tiny piece of metal at the faucet collar pin wrench end of the tool bent, rendering this tool useless for the only task I need it to accomplish. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
I have cursed every draft spanner wrench I owned until this one. This is solid, made of thick gauge stainless, and bonus, it is a multi-tool. All previous were made of light gauge, soft steel that yields when you put any real force into it. And they are all unitaskers - so i used to have a gear bag with different wrenches for my tap and regulator fittings. Not anymore. Throwing out the bent and cheap spanners and emptying the gear bags.
This is a great tool for your back pocket if you pour draft beer at all. I see what the other review says about using it on a regulator nut, but you shouldn't have to crank down so hard to make it seal. This replaces a pocket full of tools and can address 99% of your needs when dealing with draft equipment issues. It is a must have in my opinion.
Don't count on this wrench to actually turn the coupling nut on your regulator. The hook spanner works ok on the faucet coupler, but the hook is crudely ground and needs TLC. The should put a bottle opener on it, then it'd be useful.
Thank you so much for your feedback and we are sorry to hear you had so much trouble with this product. We do really appreciate the honesty and value great feedback like this as it helps us improve our products. Cheers!

Too good to be true
I wanted this wrench to work. On the very first use of the wrench, the jaws bent away from each other. Way too flimsy and a total waste of money.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We can not produce a .1” thick wrench that is as strong as a forged wrench and this is not a good choice to break loose a very tight regulator. We hope that the wrench side will get you out of a bind when needed.
