Description

Quick Starter and Fermenter. Can complete fermentation in 3 days above 17°C (63°F). Estery aroma, the fruitiness of which is generally attributed to a Full-bodied English Ale. This strain has moderate attenuation and low flocculation, which (as always) can be improved through cooling your beer post fermentation.

Great dry yeast
I like using dry yeast. I always use a yeast starter when I brew. This yeast was very reactive and started the fermentation process quickly. I'd use it again.

fast fermentation low foam sg1.080 to fg 1.008 in 3 days.std. nutrient program.malty pale ale turned out great, great taste no yeast taste.have spares in the freezer now. just started another brew of imperial stout,can"t wait.definately a go to!
