1.8 - 3.1 °L - Viking Malt - Viking Oat Malt is a traditionally malted oat that comes with natural large husks that improve the lautering process. Viking Oat Malt has a soft flavor impact while adding a creamy, velvety mouthfeel to your beer and improving head retention. Use as up to 30% of grain bill.

Fantastic
Using this in a NEIPA recipe for body and head retention. This gives a wonderful, silky mouthfeel unlike any flaked grain that I've used, and it's amazing.
