Description
CRYO HOPS® are an innovative hop product that is made by separating the lupulin from the hop flower using cryogenic processing.  The result is a product with twice the potency of T90 pellets, with reduced astringency and vegetative material.
 
AA% Range: 20-24%
Oil Content: 3.5-5.5%

Citra and Mosaic are my favorite
The real benefit here is LESS vegetable matter! I normally use a pound of pellet hops in my 10 gallon batch of double IPA. Now I can use 8 ounces and get the same bang! A lot less junk left in the kettle and dry hopper. It gives you the ability to use more hops IF you are so inclined.

Obviously Oxidized
I've ordered hops from MoreBeer with about a mediocre success rate. These were the first Cryo Hops I've received that were oxidized though. There was a musty, woody smell when I opened both bags; not to mention the lack of green. I didn't bother with a picture this time because it didn't seem to make a difference in the reviews of the other two lemons I received (one of which was an 8 oz bag of Belma). I'll probably look elsewhere for hops; although I've received more good than bad, it's still too much of a gamble for me.

Amazing.
Had a great first experience with this. Used for DDH IPA. I didn’t get any grassy flavors I’ve heard of others using regular pellets. I will definitely try to stick to cryohops for my dryhop additions.
