Passionfruit Puree (49 oz.) - Oregon Fruit Puree

Look. It's a puree and just needs to be used in proper amounts. It's aseptic, it's controlled, it's quality. Just made a sour with this and it turned out spectacular.

Maybe this deserves 5 stars but I’m comparing this to the actual passion fruit that you can scoop out of the fruit. There is nothing wrong with this pulp but expect to get a pulp that has been blended. Less aromatic and flavourful yet still good. I will be using passion fruit extract or actual pulp and not this to flvour my brews.
