Description

Constructed from 304 stainless steel. Will not break, crack, or discolor. The right size for all around general use. The 26" comes with a red tip that reduces trub pick up during siphoning.

26" from tip to top of bend however the overall length of the tubing is 30"

Is this actually 3/8" ID or is it 3/8" OD?

BEST ANSWER: It's 3/8" OD. The tubing that's 3/8" ID fits over it.
Can I use a 5/16 ID tubing with this ?

BEST ANSWER: Hi Ariel - 5/16" ID tubing is 1/16" away from 3/8" so the 5/16" will work for the application. If the end of the tubing is heated up, it will make installation much easier since the racking cane is a bit larger than 5/16" tubing.

Didn’t fit 3/8’s plastic siphon
Racking can wouldn’t work with tube I had and there wasn’t a disclaimer stating “only works with our brand siphon tube”. Definitely won’t order from this company again. Wasted money.

Works well for forced transfers
Ordered this as a long-lasting/durable option for forced transferring beer from the carboy to my kegs so I can limit oxidation. So far- it seems well made and worth the investment.

Its a piece of stainless tube with an elbow bent into it. Of course its gonna work! But the quality was good. And shipping was fast.

Great racking cane
Worked very well with a carboy and cap. Very easy to get the flow going. Stainless steel is much better than plastic racking canes.

Purchased for transfer of homebrew
solid product, wish it was a bit bigger as transfer is slow. Like the fact that it is stainless, kept breaking the plastic ones.

It works
What more can I say, it racks. Stainless steel is always better than plastic, so why not buy a stainless racking cane? It's easy to clean and sanitize, and gets the job done.

Best Ever
After breaking a plastic racking cane and slicing my hand open I bought this stainless steel racking cane. It works extremely well when used in conjunction with a carboy hood and a sanitary filter.
