I purchased the press in 2018 and used it 1 cycle with good results. In 2019 I had many more grape and on the first loading the bladder burst after about 30 seconds. I had to finish a total of 28 gallons with a wooden basket press I had made about 43 years ago. The bladder press was stored in a climate controlled shop, so I do not know why it failed. I hope the new one lasts many years. My grapes should be ready to pick in about a week.
the replacement bladder is fine, works well, but like so many other equipment items I've purchased from MoreWine, it came with absolutely no installation or usage instructions. I had to figure that out on my own and it took two attempts to get it right. My original purchases of the press, a crusher/destemmer, a two spout filler - all the same, no user guide, no usage tips or suggestions, just the hardware.
