Description

Rice Hulls are used to aid in filterability when you are doing all-grain brewing and using a high percentage of wheat or oats and have had lautering problems. They do not impart any flavor to the finished beer. Use at a percentage not greater than 5% of the total grain bill.

My hobby is a Japanese craft called Temari. It is embroidered balls which we make using a rice hull (or other) core wrapped with yarn and then thread to make a base to stitch on. Your rice hulls are clean and lightweight, they make excellent malleable cores for me to use.
