what comes in the wine kit besides the wine concentrate?

BEST ANSWER: The kit contains directions, the wine concentrate, as well as everything else that goes into the wine, such as yeast, clarifier, stabilizer, conditioner, etc. Some kits will include oak chip or other flavor-adding adjuncts depending on the recipe.

I have looking for an off dry for the warm summer nights. This is awesome. not too sweet and not too dry. great for nights sitting by the fire with s'mores.

Great tasting and easy to use.
My wife likes to make a batch of wine once a year for x mas gifts. this year we didn't want tongue any away. This wine needed less aging than previous batches, could have been due to fermentation. Will deff buy again
