Description

A rich red wine, hearty in nature and smooth in flavour. The soft texture and dark colour complement the flavours of berry fruit, with a subtle raspberry undertone. Grand Cru brings together the advantages of varietal grape juice, with the convenience and value of a 10-litre, 4-week wine kit. From the first swirl to the final sip, you will surely discover a style to suit your individual taste.

Fantastic Stuff!
This kit will be my 3rd Pinot Noir (the 2nd that I actually get to keep for myself as I just made one for a friends wedding). Kits are easy for the beginner...and fun to experiment with for the experienced home winemaker. I've taken to using RC212 yeast with this kit rather than the EC1118 as it just tastes better (EC1118 comes in all of their kits because it's pretty much a fail safe yeast that works every time). Overall...a really good Pinot Noir!
