Description

Push different CO2 pressures to different kegs using your existing CO2 set up. Secondary regulators do not attach directly to CO2 tanks. They are designed to be used inline when you already have our dual gauge CO2 regulator, D1060. A secondary regulator allows you run multiple pressures from one tank of gas. CO2 line from your existing system would attach to secondary input. Gas lines coming from the secondary can then be adjusted to different pressures (Pressure coming out of secondary can never be greater than what is coming in). Applications would include situations where you want different levels of carbonation in different beers or you want to run soda at a higher pressure than your beers. All secondaries have wall brackets for mounting. This is to go in line via flexible tubing, not to hard mount on to an existing regulator to make a product such as the D1065. Secondary regulators can be ganged (attached) together.

I use multiple kegs in my kegerator and sometimes need them to have different PSI in the kegs. I force carb, as well as, drink from the same kegerator.

can all the barbed fittings be replaced with 1/4' flared fittings?
Douglas Praetzel on Jul 10, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Unfortunately not, the threads on the regulator for the shutoff valves are 1/4'' NPT not flare threads.
Does this regulator have 1/4” FPT inlets at all locations? It would be nice to replace the barbs with Duotight Fittings.
Colby Bullock on Aug 7, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Hi Colby, the two shutoff valves are removable and when removed there are 1/4'' FPT left on the regulator. The inlet barb however is questionable on what type of threads are there.

Solid made - beware smaller barb fitting on side
This regulator looks extremely well made and looks like it will last as long as my Taprite Dual Gauge CO2 regulator. I can't wait to hook it up!

One downside I noticed is that while the barbs for the CO2 outlets are the same size as the output from my dual-gauge regulator, the barb on the side is noticeably smaller. As per Morebeer's suggestion it should be fine by tightening the band clamp (not included) on there, but time will tell. I feel that all three barbs should be the same size and if you agree, be sure to purchase a replacement barb at the same time
