Description

Speidel's SD-MGRL Tanks bring high tech fermentation solutions to wineries with restricted ceiling heights.

The horizontal red wine fermenter is equipped with a slow-moving center shaft with mixing arms attached to it, which effectively break up and re-submerge the cap after just a few rotations. The duration of and interval between immersion operations is programmable to suit the needs of your different vineyards and vintages as well as your individual winemaking style.

The mixing arms are slanted forward which pushes must forward and promotes complete emptying of the tank once fermentation is complete through the 125,mm (5") drain valve.
