Clean out dirty bottles with ease. Our stainless bottle washer creates a jet-style stream that penetrates build-up in bottles or carboys. It is automatically activated when a bottle is pressed down onto the unit. Female hose thread connection.
Had an old brass bottle washer that I bought in the nineties. It worked fine. So what if the actuator bends or comes out? Or you get squirted in the face every now and again. Or the pipes rattle a bit.
It finally broke, thank goodness.
The stainless steel model is so much better. Doesn't leak. Pipes don't rattle. Glasses stay clean. And you can rinse out your hoses.
Ordered two , but one was defective. It was promptly replaced free of charge without any additional shipping. I have several of these and I am very pleased, much better than the copper style.
It quickly squirts a solid stream of water into the back of even 5 gallon carboys, making a triple rinse quick with minimal water. My only complaint is that it continued to drip a lot when not in use.
I had to rinse 1000 bottles. this worked well once I fabricated a mounting to inside of bucket so I could use garden hose. This saved time and reduced work needed for big job
rinsing adaptation before adding right angle fitting
I have had several (3) of these over the past year or two. I have had 2 where the spring has broken on the lever. The wire used for the spring is thin and can not take repeated use. It would be great if they offered replacement springs. That way I could fix the two that have broken and be on my way again.
Sure, it cleans the bottles out well, that's a given. However, mine leaks like a sieve whether attached to a hose, or a facet adapter. The rubber washer for the unit was loose in the bag when I received it. I inserted it fully, trying both it both possible ways. The rubber washer on mine apparently does not seal properly, is likely defective, and even leaks some, when the hose end and sink adapter are wrapped with Teflon pipe tape. Like I said, I may have gotten a lemon, but don't enjoy using a product that gives me a bit of a shower at the same time. :/
Produces unbelievable pressure for inner bottle washing - including more than enough for larger bottles like bombers and growlers. I wouldn't bottle again without one.
This thing is great for making sure your bottles of all sizes are free of dust or bugs or whatever before you sanitize them prior to bottling. No leaks. Works great.
I do not know of any way easier and faster than using this to clean bottles. works great on really dirty bottles with heavy build up, after a few seconds completely clean, highly recommended.
Got this when I started brewing after listening to my friends complain about scrubbing carboys with a brush. It works great and worth the money. Will get off the most stubborn stuck on krausen residue from the inside of a carboy, most of the time at least. Its even better for cleaning bottles. Had a few with dried on residue at the bottom, took that right off.
