Viking Malt - Enzyme Malt is produced either from 2-row or 6-row spring barley. Recommended to use when high portion of adjuncts is used in a brewing process. Suitable for production of quality grain whisky and pure alcohol.

This Enzyme Malt is excellent. Converted adjuncts like a pro and was easy to work with. This is now my go-to Malt producers and looking forward to trying more of their products.
I used 10lbs of this malt in conjunction with 5lbs of flaked rye in a Rye IPA. Given that I had to use flaked rye since Morebeer was out of rye malt, I wanted to use a base malt that was sure to convert the rye. I hit gravity, so this malt did its job and the beer tastes great. Highly recommend if you’re using a hefty amount of adjuncts.
