BEST ANSWER: Rygg - It will give full conversion, Viking mentions a hue of Peat, their description quoted below.

Lightly Peated Malt can be used in distilleries
in whisky production. In the brewing process,
as Lightly Peated Malts flavor and taste profile
is not too overwhelming, it can be considered
as pilsner malt with a special aroma. Lightly
Peated Malt can be also used in bakeries
as a spice.

Adds scotch-like peaty-ness and smoky goodness!

I love this malt, adds a nice subtle scotch-like peaty- ness to any brew. I have used it in varying amounts in Scottish ales, smoked ambers, and smoked porters/ stouts.
