Can this be used as a base malt or would the smoked peat be overwhelming?
Rygg Larsen on Jan 15, 2020

Adds scotch-like peaty-ness and smoky goodness!
I love this malt, adds a nice subtle scotch-like peaty- ness to any brew. I have used it in varying amounts in Scottish ales, smoked ambers, and smoked porters/ stouts.
