Description

338 °L - Viking Malt - Harsh and more bitter than that of black malt. Burnt and smoky flavors are strong. Used in dark beers like stouts and porters, mainly for its strong coloring ability. Will impart a dry flavor and substantial color.

AMAZING FLAVOR
This stuff has an amazing aroma and flavor. I had sampled it prior to cooking, I could eat it like sunflower seeds. Great smoke with hints of chocolate and coffee. Cant wait to see how the Bourbon turns out.
