For best results we always recommend ordering an ice pack with your liquid yeast.

Please Note: When choosing an ice pack option beware that the liquid yeast will not arrive cold even when shipped together. Ice packs and insulated mailing options are designed to keep the yeast colder for longer during shipment, but they will not ensure that your yeast arrives cold. We will not replace liquid yeast that arrives warm. During warmer months we strongly recommend you choose dry yeast.

Excellent for cider that you want to rack to control final sweetness
This yeast can be pretty sluggish below about 15C and doesn't really get kicking until about 18C, but that's a very good thing if you want to make multiple rackings to achieve a high residual sugar in your final product. Just keep it cool and watch the specific gravity gently descend all while keeping a lot of the fruity components from the raw juice. Note also that 720 itself will lend a rather fruity taste to an otherwise bland apple juice stock.
