Description

The next generation WilliamsWarn® BrewBottler. This counter-pressure bottler allows you to bottle from a WilliamsWarn BrewMaster™, BrewKeg™ or Cornelius keg without losing any carbonation.

The Bottler can accommodate bottles up to approximately 330mm (13 inches) in height and 150mm (5.9 inches) in diameter. This allows a variety of bottle types to be used, including bottle sizes up to 3L (101 fl.oz.) growlers.

Once the two hoses (gas and beverage) are connected via the simple push-lock fittings on top of the valve, you just open the gas side for a few seconds to pressurize the bottle and remove air, close that and then open the beverage side to allow beverage to enter. The beverage fills against a back-pressure and so doesn't foam and doesn't lose any carbonation. Pressure release and therefore fill flow rate are controlled by how open the variable pressure valve is set. Check out the Instructional Video. A 500ml bottle (1 US pint) can be filled in 40 seconds and a BrewKeg10 can be emptied in about 14 minutes (filled into 20 bottles), to then be cleaned ready for the next brew. The bottles are ready to consume out of immediately, as the beer is already carbonated. Take them to a party to impress your buddies.

Videos on this device, show very little foam overflow

Although a little more expensive than other counter-pressure fillers. the convenience of a stand was a factor in setting this up in my brewing space.

Do I have to mount this on a wall?
Kevin on May 11, 2022
BEST ANSWER: No it can be used as a free standing unit as well
What connectors come with the filler, including their size, and what would you need on the gas side to conect it to the keg and regulator? Thanks
Jeff Loader on May 13, 2022
BEST ANSWER: The BrewBottler comes with both a liquid and gas quick disconnect designed to connect to ball lock posts. The tube is 1/4" for both beer and gas
Can this fill a growler? I assume not, but...
Paul Illa on May 13, 2022
BEST ANSWER: Yeap sure can! it has an adjustable base to allow for filling wider based bottles as well as a spring loaded head so that the weight of heavier bottles doesn't break the seal on the neck.

Flawless counter pressure filler!
By far the best home brew counter pressure bottle filler I have used. The tube that comes with it is 1/4”OD poly tube. You can adapt to 5/16 Eva duotight with a 1/4”x5/16” adapter available from Morebeer.

Perfectly filled and carbonated counter pressure fill with near zero waste due to foaming.

Not ready to use - Doesn't come with the gas side connector and fittings
You get your new toy..... but you cannot use it? Kit uses EURO sourced parts (DM fittings), also not able to find the special "Keg King" gas connector (see picture) Smooth end after barbs. Had to improv, placed a second order for the following parts: DUO106,DUO100 and DUO201. Needed to build connectors to go from ball-lock connectors 1/4" flare fitting back to the 1/4" tubing. I built the following out of push fittings - (1/4" flare x 5/16 fitting (to) 5/16" rigid tubing (to) 5/16" x 1/4" connector.
I also had to order (2) rolls x 30' x 1/4" tubing and extra 1/4" x 1/4" connectors from another online source since the 1/4" tubing provided is simply insufficient to do anything with. clear tube = 147cm, black tube = 150cm. (both less than 5') You will also probably want extra 1/4" x 1/4" connectors to be able to connect and disconnect more easily. It's almost 22" tall and 4.75" wide with semi-rigid tubing protruding from the side 2/3rds from the bottom.... It better be wall mounted to secured to something fer shure.

I wish I was writing about using it instead of how I had to figure out what additional parts I needed to buy to make it work.
Note smooth part on ball-lock barb end
Inserted into the 5/16" end of the 5/16" x 1/4" connector .

This doesn’t include all the tubing and parts needed to hook up to C02 line. Also, this tubing 6.5mm OD is near impossible to find. I wish Morebeer carried parts in support of items they sold. Haven’t been able to use as a result.

Gas side needs to be included
Looks like a great unit well built, however still trying to figure out how to hook it to the co2 side. Hoses and connections are smaller then duotight and only comes with a ball lock connector for the liquid. Wish it would come with ball lock connector for the gas side as well.
