Terrible First Impression
Giving this a 2 to start because after following the directions to the letter, and extracting all the juices I could, the OG was much too low. Without additional sugars, the wine would end up around 9.5% which is laughable for this style.

Added some sugar to hopefully salvage this, but am not expecting much. If I remember, I will come back and edit this review if I am able.

Easy to make, but it takes time to mature.
Easy to follow instructions, but the wine is 1 year away from being ready to drink. I have found that 6 months in the bottle is insufficient time to fully bring wine kits like this to full maturity.
