Description

This Duotight to 3/4" female thread fitting can be used to connect beverage or gas line to any fitting with 3/4" MPT. Compatible with EVABarrier 9.5 mm OD Tubing (D1719).

Duotight offers superior quality when compared to other push-in fittings. Their double EPDM O-ring design provides a more complete and reliable seal, protecting against leaks even when tubing is bent around tight corners. They are suitable for both beverage and gas applications, and are pressure rated to 100 psi. Tubing can be released by simply pushing in the collet and pulling the line out. No need for clamps or cutting lines!

  • Double O-rings made from highly chemical resistant EPDM
  • Locking teeth made from stainless steel

  • Temperature rated to 212°F (100°C)
     

Please note: exposure to chlorine will degrade the acetal plastic and stainless steel these fittings are made from. Do not use in contact with bleach or other chlorinated cleaning chemicals.

It is what it is
Tightening, adding a rubber gasket, nothing worked to stop it from leaking. It may be OK in some uses, but in my cold weather brewery it would make a skating rink of my floor.

Just what I needed!
I use this to hook up a low pressure lunge to a direct draw system. The gas connection is European and is 3/4". Lucky MoreBeer carried it.. Now I can draft my German Mini Kegs though my kegerator!

Easy
I can't believe I used to use the metal clamps on connections. This is so easy and takes seconds to install. Just make a clean line cut with razor blade and push in.
