Bucha Tanks are purpose-built for kombucha fermentations. Features a cloth-lined lid under the removable dust cover, stainless steel construction and stainless steel spigot. The 304 stainless steel is very corrosion resistant, perfect for the acidic nature of kombucha fermentations. With the spigot, these tanks are perfect for the continuous brew method.
Please note that with the spigot in place the spout dips below the bottom of the tank itself. We highly recommend using the Bucha Tank with the available support stand, or plan to use the tank on a benchtop or other raised surface.
