MoreFlavor! Returns and Warranties Policy
MoreFlavor! stands behind our products, and believe that you should be able to order with confidence. If you're unhappy with a product, ordered the wrong thing, were sent the wrong thing, or something that you ordered from us broke, please don't hesitate to contact us regarding this. We have a 30 day no hassel return policy, and a one year warranty against defects. We also have forms that you can fill out quickly and easily that will allow you to return an item. What information do you collect?
We collect information when you register an account online, place an order, fill out surveys, or subscribe to our newsletters. The information collected may include your name, address, phone number, and email address. You may visit and browse our site anonymously.
How is this information used?
We will use your information to process orders, contact you in the event of an error in your order, send newsletters or promotions, and improve our website content or customer service. We will not provide or sell your information to anyone. Should you wish to unsubscribe from our newsletters and promotions, you can do so quickly and easily from the bottom of the newsletter.

We value your personal information and go to great lengths to protect it. Our security is consistent with that of today's industry standards. MoreFlavor! Shipping Policy
Types of Shipping Methods
MoreFlavor! Ships most orders via FedEx, however does offer USPS as well. We offer freight shipments when necessary, as well as our MoreSaver! Free Shipping program. FedEx will deliver Tuesday - Saturday to most destinations. Their expedited services will deliver Monday - Friday. These include Overnight, 2-Day, and 3-Day shipping methods. If shipping to a business location, deliveries are between Monday - Friday.
USPS will deliver Monday - Friday to most destinations.
MoreSaver! Free Shipping
Most orders over $59 will qualify for our MoreSaver! Free Shipping. When selecting this option please note that your order may take 2-4 business days to process in our warehouse prior to shipping. Please note our MoreSaver! Free Shipping is only available to the lower 48 states, and is shipped via FedEx Ground (not available to PO Box addresses).
Paid Shipping
If you select a paid shipping method, most orders will process through our warehouse within 24 business hours. Transit times will vary based off of what shipping method has been selected.
Expedited Shipping
If your order is placed prior to 12:00pm PST and an expedited shipping option (Overnight, 2-Day, 3-Day) is selected, your order will ship that day. Orders placed later than 12:00pm will ship the following business day. Please note that expedited services are only available for a Monday - Friday delivery!
Example: Overnight is selected prior to 12:00pm PST on Friday. Your order will ship Friday, and will be delivered on Monday.
FedEx Freight Shipments
Some orders must ship freight, or are actually cheaper to ship freight. We ship our freight strictly through FedEx. Generally, shipping to a business location will be cheaper than a residential location. A lift gate option must be selected if the destination does not have a forklift or loading dock. Freight orders can take 2-4 business days to process in our warehouse.
APO and FPO Military Shipments
We do ship to APO and FPO addresses using USPS. These orders unfortunately do not qualify for our free shipping program, and freight orders cannot be sent to these addresses.
International Shipments
We do ship internationally, and this shipping method can be selected by our customer at the time of checkout. Please note that our international customers are responsible for any and all import taxes or fees, and these costs may not be reflected in your original shipping quote. Tracking information for international shipments may not be available if USPS shipping method is selected.
