This was my first bench trial kit. I have never used copper sulphate before. The kit arrived with one beaker broken. I called customer service and a new kit was automatically shipped. I call this above and beyond customer service. The directions included for the bench trials for copper sulphate was confusing for a first time user. I feel the directions could have had been written with more clarity.

worked great
Worked great but I'd suggest that you add a small strip of duct tape over the top of the stoppers to secure them in place when doing the bench top trails. The bottle of copper sulfate solution that comes in this package is a pretty small volume. Consider purchasing some separate bottles of 1% CuSO4 from MoreWinemaking to make sure that you have enough for your wine treatment, or have enough for future uses.
