Seems fine
I think it's a little silly for me to review this. I've used it in a recipe which came out well, but I don't think my sensory abilities are anywhere near good enough to tell what aspects of the beer are due to any one particular ingredient. I've been reading Randy Mosher's book, "Tasting Beer", and have been trying to follow his advice about becoming a more discerning taster, so maybe in the future I'll be able to give a more nuanced evaluation of various brew ingredients.

On the other hand this malt was well packaged, looked and smelled good, and seemed to work ok in the mix. I expect I will use it again.
