I know it works in my royal cider. I plan to experiment with other strains next year, but for now I go with what I know works well with my blend.

easy to use
just throw it in the wine and it works. it's still working in my red wine which is about 13.5% abv, ph 3.6. appears to be working very vigorously. won't know the flavor profile for another few weeks tho.

MLF in white and rose wines
I used CH35 in both white and rose wines. Pitched it after alcoholic fermentation was complete. MLF started right up and went to completion quite quickly (3 weeks). For reds, I use CH16, which is also very good.

Hassle free co-inoculation MLB strain
Excellent hassle free MLB strain. Easy to use and great results using co-inoculation in Chardonnay juice. No trace of diacetyl flavors. Highly recommend this strain.
